Cancellation Policy
we want to tell your story, no matter what!
But we get it, sometimes cancellations or schedule changes are necessary. Here is our cancellation policy broken down in easy terms to understand.
Firstly, our goal is to be as accommodating as possible, to assist in rescheduling and rebooking! We’d love to work with you to make your day happen.
Retainer fees / Booking fees are non-refundable in any situation, unless cancellation is made by the photographer. This fee is to guarantee the availability of your date, and as such we must turn down other bookings to secure your event date.
Rescheduling is often possible based on availability, but will incur a new booking fee ($1,000) to guarantee a new date. This is a fee that may be waived by photographer in certain circumstances - we want to be there as much as you want us there! Though sometimes we have to account for previous work previously turned down to hold your event date.
Refunds will not be issued for event cancellations within 30 days.
Upon cancellation, there are no further fees, only to retain the deposit (and or any payments made within 30 days of your event date)
